- Cooperation with GOME 3G card

CnBoo.com is undertaking a strategic cooperation with the largest chain store operator of
electrical appliances in China ¨C Gome Electrical Appliances (¡°Gome¡±) to provide free

value-added services such as 3G Space, online video conversion and storage, image storage
and 3G videos download to 35 million customers who purchased cell phones, DC, MP3, PM4, DV
and laptop computer at Gome. Gome will use its publicizing platform to promote CnBoo and its
3G Space, and in conjunction with its terminal malls, extend
value-added service cards provided
by CnBoo to users by binding them with digital
products sold, working with CnBoo to provide end
users with the value-added service of 3G Space.

 


- Cooperation with Value-added multimedia terminals

There are more than 1,000 value-added multi-media terminals linked with many super
markets
in China. These multi-media terminals enable their users to download video clips to their mobile
phones. CnBoo.com can cooperate with them or partner with value-added service providers,
such as Hurray to provide better services for their clients.

- Cooperation with New Media Resources


Through the cooperation with Z-CARD of UK, which has more than 400 million Z-
CARDs every
year, CnBoo.com will become one of the critical partners of Z-CARD in
China. CnBoo.com is
devoted to build a new type of media platform through
video interaction by developing channel
resources, combining with movies, retails and
category information.


- Cooperation with TV media

CnBoo.com has worked with China Central TV (CCTV), Beijing TV, provincial TV
stations, and
other TV broadcasting media for content provision and activity exhibition.


- Cooperation with the Olympic Committee

In January 2007, CnBoo.com has hosted the Global Children¡¯s Talent Competition called

¡°Olympic ¨C Small hand in Big hand¡± sponsored by Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games
of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) and Beijing Culture Association. The live
competition has been
displayed on CnBoo.com. This is the first time that a Chinese
video sharing web site held a
