Mr. Wei has been involved into Internet industry for over 11 years. He has expensive experience
in business operation as well as a broad connection within the industry. He was Vice President
and Founder for one of the first Internet Service Providers in China from 1996 to 1999.
From1999 to2004, he served as Vice President for a Domain Registration Company which
ranked No.2 in China.
Wang Jie has been working as Partner and Managing Director of Hi-Gold Consultants
Limited (Hong Kong/Beijing) since 2001. He currently also serves as Independent Director
of a Shanghai listed public company and as Director in two other private companies in China.
Positions previously held by Wang Jie include Managing Director of Beijing based OrienCentury Securities Investment Consultation, Senior Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of Guangxi
Yuchai Machinery Company Ltd and China Yuchai International (a NYSE listed company),
Deputy Director of Fund Management Department of Stock Exchange Executive
Council(SEEC, Beijing), and Trader in Forex Funding Department of CITIC Industrial Bank.
Mr. Lee, LeePet Holdings Ltd. which operates several pet sites including Chinapet.com, the
largest pet site in China, mypethome.com and chinaddu.com, which among the top five pet
sites in China.
Mr. Xu has more than six years experience in Media industry. He was the senior editor of SINA
and presenter of President Online, a high-end interview program from 2004 to 2006. He was
Marketing Director of Moloon International Inc., the largest Mobile Game company in China.
Ms. Young has years experience in marketing. She was as the Chief Manager for customer
relationship at Beijing YingPing Media before she joined us.
